Our Story
Founded On A Shared Vision
Omnia Wellness Center was founded by Yaroslava Markov, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, whose decade of clinical healthcare experience and commitment to exceptional patient care inspired the practice. She was joined by Yazmin Alexandra Islas, MSN, RN, Co-Founder, who brings more than 26 years of healthcare experience and a passion for medical aesthetics, wellness, and personalized care.
Together, they created Omnia with a shared vision of combining advanced aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness in one luxury destination. Their mission is to provide safe, evidence-based treatments with the highest level of clinical excellence, helping every client look refreshed, feel confident, and age beautifully.

Neal Kumar, MD MBA
Combined MD/MBA from Tufts University School of Medicine and Dermatology Residency at Rush University. Dr. Kumar oversees aesthetic practices for Wellness MD Group, bringing extensive expertise in dermatological care and health management to every Omnia patient.

Yaroslava Markov, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
With more than 10 years of hospital-based healthcare experience and a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health, wellness, and confidence, Yaroslava combines advanced clinical training with a commitment to preventative care, healthy aging, and whole-person wellness. As founder of Omnia, she envisioned a destination where medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, and wellness services are delivered with safety, innovation, and personalized attention.

Yazmin Islas, MSN, RN
With more than 26 years of healthcare experience, Yazmin's journey into aesthetics began in Beverly Hills in 2004. While living in Okinawa, Japan, she founded Be Fit Worldwide to mentor military spouses through fitness and lifestyle coaching. She co-founded Omnia to create a luxury space where advanced aesthetics, regenerative therapies, IV wellness, and whole-person care come together.
